Connect your Google account using Google's authorization flow, then choose which authorized account to use.
Send and follow up
Compose a message with an optional subject, review your sent messages, and reply to conversations from the desktop app.
Local message management
The desktop app is designed to keep customer records and message history on the user's own computer, rather than a centralized GmailDesk mail server.
Why Gmail access is requested
GmailDesk New requests permission to send emails through the Google Gmail API (gmail.send) and read email conversations for reply monitoring (gmail.readonly). Access is granted by the account owner through Google authorization and can be revoked.
Google account data is used to provide the email functions the user requests. Website hosting is separate from Gmail account data handling. Read our Privacy Policy to understand the details.
